The BASF Elastollan® 1100 Series is one of the core raw material ranges offered by PolyGlobal from their Wakefield manufacturing site.

Elastollan®  1100 Series polyether-based TPUs can be used for a variety of processes, including injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion. Products within this series are available in hardnesses ranging from 70A to 64D, as well as in grades that are UV stabilized, flame retardant and FDA-compliant. 1100 Series products can also meet a variety of certifications and USP Class VI and NSF 61 standards.

In addition to injection moulding processes using the above mentioned BASF Elastollan®1100 Series, PolyGlobal also offer a comprehensive cast moulding service. Combined with the technical experience and expertise of their engineering team, established over 30 years, this allows PolyGlobal to offer protection solutions for every system to prevent failures and breakdowns.
